At elevations above 7,000 feet, the red clay soil and cooler temperatures of the Los Altos highlands produce agave plants that are larger, sweeter, and more fruit-forward than their lowland counterparts, giving Cazadores Blanco a naturally bright, floral, and fruity character that sets it apart from the earthier, more vegetal profile of valley tequilas.
