Distilled at the historic Midleton Distillery in County Cork and matured for a minimum of 12 years in a unique combination of American bourbon barrels, Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, and rare Spanish Malaga casks — a combination found nowhere else in Irish whiskey — Yellow Spot delivers a complexity and richness that is genuinely extraordinary.
