Mijenta Symphony Series No.3 Añejo Tequila 750ml
The Symphony Series is Mijenta at its most ambitious — a limited-edition collection that pushes the boundaries of what artisanal tequila can be. No.3 Añejo is the third movement in this ongoing exploration of barrel aging and complexity, crafted by master distiller Ana María Romero from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco and aged for an extended period in a carefully curated selection of barrels that builds extraordinary depth, harmony, and character.
Like a symphony composed of distinct instruments, each barrel contributes its own voice — American oak, French oak, and a third, carefully chosen cask type — that together create a tequila of remarkable layering and balance. A limited release of genuine collector’s significance.
